Pumpkin Pancakes

It's that time of the year when I like pumpkin everything.  Pumpkin flavored coffee, bread, candles, you name it.  So, this morning when my 3-year-old asked for his usual breakfast consisting of pancakes.  I thought why not?  Let's make them pumpkin.
Ingredients:  Milk, Brown Sugar, Ground Ginger, Ground Cloves, Ground Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Egg, Vegetable Oil, Vinegar, and Bisquick.
Add dry ingredients:  2 1/2 cups bisquick, 3 Tablespoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, and a pinch of ground cloves.

Mix wet ingredients:  1 3/4 cups of milk, 2T vegetable oil, 2T of Vinegar, 1 cup of pumpkin puree.
Slowly pour wet ingredients and mix with dry and whisk well.

Cook on slightly buttered griddle about 3-4 minutes on each side.

I like to make extra and freeze them for later.  Simply put them on a cookie sheet and freeze them individually for about an hour and then place them in a freezer bag.

Serve with homemade syrup or syrup of your choice.
